- Our school has already informed the parents of those who have been successfully admitted as “pending applicants for Grade 1 in the 2026-27 academic year” via telephone and email. Those who have not been admitted will be automatically added to the waiting list.
Required documents
- Primary One Registration Certificate" (Original)
- The child's "Hong Kong Birth Certificate" may be used as one of the documents proving residence in Hong Kong (both original and duplicate copies).
- Student Baptism Certification Document (original and copy) [if available]
- 2 copies of the children's identification documents (with their Chinese names written on the back of the photos)
- Two A5 envelopes (each with dimensions of at least 22 cm x 16 cm); write the student’s name and address on them, and attach a $3.5 postage stamp to each envelope.
Important Notes for the Registration Process for the Unified Placement of First-Grade Students in the 2026-2027 Academic Year: Registration can be conducted at school from Tuesday, June 9, to Wednesday, June 10, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 【*Parents do not need to bring their children to school for the registration process**.】 Applications for provisional places in the first grade for the 2026-2027 academic year have now closed.
