Required documents
- Birth certificate for students: The original and photocopies of the Hong Kong birth certificate for applicants enrolling in the Primary One grade at our school. If a valid Hong Kong birth certificate is not available, the applicant must present the original and photocopies of their birth certificate as well as documents proving their permanent residence in Hong Kong.
- Identity documents of the parent/guardian: The identity documents of the parent/guardian who signs the application form, such as the original Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card or passport. If the application is submitted on behalf of the parent/guardian by an authorized agent, a photocopy of the identity document of the principal (the parent/guardian) must be provided.
- Proof of residence: Parents/guardians must bring the original and photocopies of residence documents that match the address stated on the application form and that clearly display the name of the applying parent/guardian, such as water or electricity bills.
- Proof that a family member is enrolled in this school: If the sibling being applied for is currently studying at this school, the parent/guardian must bring the original copy of their student ID booklet, a photocopy of their academic record, as well as the original and photocopies of the birth certificate. If the parent/guardian is referring to a graduate sibling, they must bring their identity document (the sibling’s birth certificate) and the original and photocopies of the graduation certificate.
- Proof of religious belief: If the applicant follows Christianity, the parent/guardian must provide proof of baptism.
- Write the student’s name and address on it, and attach a return envelope with a postage stamp of HK$2.20.
