- The original and one photocopy of the child’s Hong Kong birth certificate (or any document proving residence in Hong Kong).
- One passport photo of the child (1.5 inches x 2 inches in size).
- One photocopy of the ID card of the parent(s) or guardian.
New students and their parents/guardians are required to attend the “Welcome to Grade 1” event and the “Parents’ Meeting for New Grade 1 Students” on Friday, July 10, 2026. On that day, they can also handle matters such as ordering school uniforms, purchasing textbooks, and booking school bus services. From 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on August 24, 25, and 26, 2026, “Acclimatization Days for New Grade 1 Students” will be held; parents/guardians are requested to attend these events together with their children on August 24.
