Required documents
- The application form for junior primary school candidates has been completed (scan the QR Code to download it).
- A copy of the “Primary 1 Registration Certificate” for primary one place allocation by the Education Bureau (can be obtained later)
- A copy of the application form for primary one admission under the Education Bureau’s “self-allocation of places” system, or a copy of the school selection form under the Education Bureau’s “centralized placement” system
- Copy of the birth certificate
- If you are a member of the Christian community, please attach a copy of your certification.
- Copy of the academic report card for the senior class in kindergarten
- Copies of records related to physical education activities, competition awards, and services provided (please photocopy both sides; a maximum of 5 pages are allowed).
Submission time for application forms: Monday to Friday 09:00AM-04:30PM, Saturday 09:00AM-12:00PM. Date: From 13 June 2026 (Sat). Mailed or late submissions will not be accepted. Documents and information submitted by applicants will be kept confidential and used only for the application for Primary One places for the 2026-2027 academic year. After the application process is completed, the relevant documents will be destroyed.
