The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian.
- For those who declare that their siblings are currently enrolled in this school, they must bring the registration form for academic records and the birth certificate found inside their siblings’ student handbooks.
- For those who claim that their parents or siblings graduated from this school, they must bring their graduation certificates as well as the birth certificates of their siblings.

Application Form for Primary 1 Candidates in 2026-2027: The completed form must be submitted to our school by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, together with the following documents: a copy of the birth certificate and proof of residence in Hong Kong, a copy of the application form for the self-assigned placement stage, a copy of the school selection form for the unified placement stage, and a copy of the most recent report card/progress report. We will notify applicants of any available places only if there are vacancies.
